From Financial Advisor to Vending Visionary: How All Hands Vending Found the Perfect Partner in Naturals2Go
March 31st, 2025
At All Hands Vending, our mission has always gone beyond machines—we’re here to transform workplaces, uplift communities, and raise the standard for what vending can do. That journey started with a leap of faith, and it continues to thrive today, thanks in part to our partnership with Naturals2Go, one of the longest-running and most trusted names in the vending industry.
A Proven System, Backed by Decades of Excellence
Naturals2Go has been a leader in the vending world for nearly 40 years, equipping hundreds of new owner-operators each year with the tools to succeed. Their model is scalable, flexible, and franchise-fee free, with no royalties—just pure business ownership, backed by world-class support.
The company’s machines are not your average snack dispensers. They’re outfitted with interactive touchscreen displays, cashless and contactless payment systems, and remote monitoring capabilities—making them perfect for the modern breakroom.
A Veteran’s Vision Meets a Vending Powerhouse
Dan Willis, Co-founder of All Hands Vending alongside Theresa Willis, didn’t start in vending. He ran a successful financial advisory office, managing over $15 million in assets and educating businesses and families about financial health. But Dan and his wife Theresa—both U.S. Navy veterans—were looking for something more meaningful.
They saw firsthand during their deployments how morale and access to basic comforts can drastically improve performance and mental health. That belief became the cornerstone of their business: creating positive, energizing workplace environments through better food access and community impact.
When it came time to build something new, Naturals2Go stood out.
“Their customer service centers around the maintenance and repair of their equipment,” Dan said. “I couldn’t find anyone else who did as good a job at this as they did.”
That commitment to service, innovation, and quality equipment matched perfectly with the All Hands mission. As a result, All Hands Vending has continued to grow—expanding into AI-powered markets, advanced coffee machines, and now, breakroom solutions that offer companies a better alternative to traditional vending.
Giving Back—One Market at a Time
What also sets All Hands apart is its deep commitment to community. Since its founding, the company has donated 10% of profits to local nonprofits, including annual Christmas gift programs for children in need.
“We don’t want any kids worrying about whether Santa will come this year,” Dan shared.
The Road Ahead
Dan and Theresa have ambitious goals for the future, including expanding into new cities and transforming breakrooms across the region. With Naturals2Go as a trusted equipment and service partner, All Hands Vending is positioned to lead the way in employee experience, vending innovation, and community impact.

Santa Arrives again!
December 2024
What began as a heartfelt mission to brighten the holidays for a few local families has grown into something truly incredible.
The All Hands Helping Santa program has continued to expand—thanks to the generosity of our partners, the passion of our team, and the unwavering support from our community. This year, 2024, marked a turning point.
A Season of Growth and Giving
In 2024, we doubled both our supporters and our impact.
With thousands of dollars raised, we were able to purchase hundreds of Christmas gifts for children across Eastern Idaho. These weren’t just presents—they were reminders that joy, hope, and community spirit are still alive and well.
We partnered with dozens of local companies and worked alongside several incredible charities. Together, we ensured that more families than ever experienced the magic of the season. From cozy pajamas and winter coats to toys that lit up faces with surprise, our team helped Santa deliver it all—in person, with care and love.
Why It Matters
The holidays can be tough—especially for families struggling to make ends meet. We’ve seen firsthand how a simple act of kindness can transform a household’s entire season. When a child wakes up to a gift they never expected… when a parent is reminded they’re not alone… that’s the real meaning of Christmas.
This year, our contributors grew, our passion grew, and so did the number of families we were able to reach. The ripple effect of that kind of support goes far beyond the holiday—it builds community trust, inspires generosity, and spreads hope into the new year.
The Mission Continues
As proud veterans, we’ve always believed in service. And while our business may focus on advanced vending solutions and AI-powered breakroom markets, our heart will always belong to the people we serve.
The All Hands Helping Santa program is here to stay—and we’re already looking ahead to how we can make 2025 even bigger.
Want to get involved next year? Whether you're a business, a customer, or just someone who loves to give—we’d love to have you on the team.
Let’s keep spreading joy—one family, one community, one gift at a time. ❤️

October 2024
When we launched All Hands Vending, it wasn’t just about snacks and machines—it was about morale, mission, and meaning. That mission was recently highlighted in an article published by the US Reporter, and we’re proud to share the spotlight with the incredible clients and communities that make this journey worthwhile.
The piece covers our journey from Navy service to launching a business rooted in one simple truth: happy employees perform better. Whether stationed on a ship in South America or managing comms in Afghanistan, we learned firsthand how essential morale is to performance. That same mindset now drives our work across Idaho, transforming breakrooms into energy hubs with our AI-powered micro-markets and self-cleaning coffee stations.

From day one, we’ve worked to serve both businesses and communities. In just three years, our team has donated over $10,000 to local charities, helped keep food banks open during the pandemic, and expanded our All Hands Helping Santa program—bringing holiday meals and gifts to families who need them most.
This article isn’t just a feature on us—it’s a testament to what great employers, thoughtful leaders, and generous communities can do when we work together.
🎄 All Hands Helping Santa: A Tradition of Giving Back
It all begins with an idea.
December 2023
At All Hands Vending, we want our business to go beyond profit—it should make a difference in peoples lives. That belief is what sparked the creation of All Hands Helping Santa, a name fondly created by business owner and mother Theresa Willis. Our holiday initiative was designed to bring joy, comfort, and hope to families who need it most.
A Mission Rooted in Kindness
All Hands Helping Santa was born out of a simple question: “What can we do to give back in a meaningful way?” As a team, we realized that while we serve businesses all year long, the holiday season gives us a unique opportunity to serve our community in a deeper way.
And so, the mission began.
Delivering More Than Gifts
In our first official year, over 150 Christmas presents were delivered to five local families. From dolls and toy trucks to warm winter clothing and surprise gift cards, each package was hand-selected and wrapped with care by our team and supporters but delivered by Santa.
But it wasn’t just about the presents.
It was about creating memories—moments of joy and laughter for kids who didn’t expect Santa to find their house. It was about relieving stress for parents who feared they couldn’t provide a holiday celebration. And most of all, it was about reminding families that they are seen, valued, and supported.
Powered by Our Team and Community
What makes this initiative so powerful is the collective spirit behind it. Everyone at All Hands Vending—from our leadership to our clients—pitched in with donations, time, and heart.
By coming together, we proved something simple but profound: a small team with big intentions can make a real difference.
A Legacy of Joy and Hope
The impact of All Hands Helping Santa doesn’t end when the decorations come down. It carries forward in the stories we helped create and the connections we deepened within our community. It’s a reminder that generosity isn’t seasonal—it’s a year-round mindset.
As we grow, so will this tradition. We’re committed to reaching more families, delivering more smiles, and building a legacy of kindness that reflects the values we live by every day.

💙 Built on Purpose and Community
In the first three years of operation, All Hands laid the foundation for something greater than just business success—we built a culture of collaboration, impact, and generosity. During this time, we proudly donated $10,600 of our profits to local charities and causes that matter deeply to the communities we serve. From supporting families during the holidays to helping underserved organizations year-round, this commitment not only fostered meaningful partnerships with our clients—it became a core part of who we are. As we grow, we remain dedicated to ongoing, impactful giving that reflects the values of both our team and the businesses we support.
