About the Owners
My wife and I are both veterans, we served between the years of 2008 and 2012 in the United States Navy.
Dan:
I worked in the intelligence field on Frigate (FFG-54) out of Everett, WA and was deployed to South America where my shipmates and I intercepted cocaine smugglers trying to travel to the United States via the ocean. We seized about $435,000,000,000 worth of cocaine.
During my time in the military I learned the importance of a strong & reliable team, having the right systems in place and crew morale.
After the military I started a financial office with Edward Jones as one of there financial advisors. I would manage private and corporate retirement accounts, set up 401k’s and hold educational seminars for the local communities and private company. It was here that I received a good education on the importance of employee benefits, but more importantly the benefits that employees care about. I learned a lot about the gap between what employees are looking for and what they are receiving.
Theresa:
Was on an aircraft carrier (CVN-74) out of Bremerton, WA for the first part of her career where she worked in combat operations and traveled to many countries all around the Asian Pacific. After being deployed with her Carrier she deployed again to various bases around Afghanistan where she supported fellow military units by “pushing” or receiving, sorting and distributing mail across her base as well as dozens of other bases across Afghanistan.
ABout all hands vending
We spent years serving our country and seeing the importance of a strong team and seeing how teams react during high and low times of morale. We applied that knowledge to our company when we started it back in January 2020, that’s right, right before the pandemic. But despite the logistical struggles and shipping issues we built a strong company that is still growing strong today.
At All Hands Vending, we’ve spent years mastering the art and science of what motivates employees and what doesn’t. With thousands of service hours under our belt, we’ve seen firsthand what works, what breaks, and—most importantly—what employees really want.
💡 Why We Do It
We know every company has to be good at what it does to survive and grow. But no matter the industry, there’s one thing every business has in common: people. A company rises or falls on the effort and attitude of its team—and that’s a scary thought when morale is low. That’s why we chose to make your employees our business. We’ve focused on using food markets to do two things very well: lift morale and improve productivity.
🎖️ Military Discipline, Tech-Forward Innovation
As a veteran-owned business, we bring military precision and integrity into everything we do. But we don’t just lean on tradition—we stay on the cutting edge of workplace technology. Whether it’s installing AI-powered security systems or optimizing inventory, our mission is clear: Make it effortless for businesses to improve their employees breakroom environment.
