Features & Technology
Elevator
When you buy food or beverages from our machines they are dispensed onto a built-in elevator which allows us to provide glass-bottled drinks and other breakable or sensitive products that other machines just couldn’t do. But more importantly than that is the laser sensor built into the elevator that tells the computer whether your product was dispensed correctly. That’s right, you don’t have to wait several days or even weeks to get a response from a company to get your money back or just give up and try later. It refunds your money on the spot, by itself, and if you used a debit or credit card it will issue a refund immediately.
Glass front
This was designed specifically with you in mind. The first thing it does is provide you with a large viewing area that is back-lit by a bright LED strip so that you can easily view all the food inside. One aspect you may not notice is the distance the glass front is from the food, it was designed that way to prevent the glass viewing window from jamming the products when they come out. It also reduces the likelihood of products becoming jammed against the window to almost none. To date we have not had any products lean up against the glass front, not one.
Credit card reader
No more ancient machines that take only cash, no more piles of clanky coins flopping around in your pocket just so you can use the vending machine. All of our machines, and we do mean ALL of them, have the most state-of-the-art, touch screen credit card readers attached, provided by the NAYAX company.
NAYAX uses an Israeli-based bank security software to protect your card, as well as all of your information, and routinely performs updates in order to stay current to todays technological theft threats. It takes credit, debit, and can use cards with chips as well. If cards aren’t your thing or you don’t have one on hand you can use Apple or Google Pay on your phone or smart watch! When your purchase is completed the machine will dispense your item and verbally reply “Thank you!” And for those of you looking for low-tech methods of payment, you can still use cash!

LED Touch Screen Interface.
This screen is 10” tall and 6” wide and located in the top right corner of the machine. Using this touch interface you can select your products for purchase and access information about the machine such as its Loyalty Program information and our contact information for any questions or problems.
Monyx wallet app
This app is built into our machines installed credit card reader. Using this app, a person can pay with their phone after selecting the food or drink from the machine and it will take care of the payment for you in seconds!
This app has a loyalty program that we have installed just for our customers to use. On it, every 10th purchase is free and if you load your funds onto the app instead of just linking your card, you will receive an extra 10% boost to the amount of money you’ve loaded every time! Some clients prefer this route as it helps them keep track of their spending. Others have said they like that it works essentially like a gift card and keeps their bank card info from being used.
ADA approved keypad
This key pad can be used as an alternative to the touch screen. It is low enough that wheel-chair users will be able to reach and use this machine.
