Automated vending Center
Traditional vending machines are stale and out of date, we are here to change your view on vending and what its capable of. Are you in charge of a medium or large sized company and tired of handling employee complaints about the vending machines? Than our Automated Vending Centers, or AVC’s, might be the solution for you. Our AVC’s are made up of multiple, high technology, vending machines that are capable to self monitoring and are in constant communication with our office to make sure they are functioning properly. They have the capability of detecting problems in the vending process and refunding a users money on the spot, no waiting at all.
AVC’s are capable of dispensing almost anything, salad, no problem, XXL Jalapeno Burger, again no problem. Your company and employees get to decide what’s in the vending machine, our product selection is completely customizable.

Not a large corporate sized company but still struggling with empty and underserviced vending machines? Our Bulk Ordering program was designed specifically with you in mind. You don’t need to have a 100 employees to get the service you deserve, because we want your business and we are willing to provide you the service it takes to get it!
Our Bulk Ordering program allows you to order the product you need for your company whether its for special events or on a regular basis with no hassle at all, no matter the size, at a discounted rate. This eliminates the need for vending machines that use up the valuable space in your place of business and you don’t need to make runs to the store. Coffee Solution
Stale, cold coffee problems? We have the solution for you! Our high tech coffee machines can provide you with a freshly ground cup of coffee with every order, you heard that right, no more old stale coffee sitting in a pot…FRESH coffee every time!
The machines are capable of delivering several different types of coffee and even hot chocolate and tea, like everything else in our company we customize it to you.
These machines are capable of touchless ordering for those with smart phones as well as the ability to order directly off the machine itself using its LED touch screen system.
Its cleaning systems uses high temperature water to clean all the systems with a touch of button, simple, effective, and fast.
Employee benefits Program
In todays world we are all well aware of how important it is to attract and retain good employees who share our dream of success. We have all been in a situation where we have lost an important member of the team to another company that may have a more robust benefits package.
We wanted to make sure that we had a tool that businesses like yours could use to help keep those valuable members of your team on board and happy, food! We have two different employee benefit plans that deliver a service to those that matter most to our company without breaking the bank, something that is affordable yet effective.
Discount Plan
Our discount plan is simple, yet extremely effective. How it works is this, we sit down together to determine what kind of impact your hoping to get. From there we work together to decide whether to discount the products in the Automated Vending Centers by 25%, 50%, 75%, or even 100%. The discounted amount will get invoiced to your company once per month and the results can be huge. Everyone needs to eat, and if people know that they are saving money on their snacks because of your generosity it can make a big impact.
Benefit Cards
If your looking for a more targeting impact and want to reward those individuals who seem to be going the extra mile, than our Benefit Card program is the solution. We can make up plastic Benefits Cards, similar to a debit card or gift card. You tell us how much money you want on each card and we do the rest, a week later you have what you need to reward an employee for going the extra mile. Does an employee covers a shift at the last minute, great, give them a $10 benefits card they can use to get themselves something out of the AVC’s.
Automated service center setup process
Our technology takes the guesswork out of keeping your machine stocked with all of your personalized snacks and beverages.
1. Order your machine
Once we know your business is a good fit then we can order your machine. Most machines are ordered new for your business and arrive within about 4-6 weeks. If we happen to have one available, we are able to skip this 6 week wait.
2. customizing your snacks & drinks
Once the machine is on order we can find out what you and your employees would like to see in the machines. We can do this one or more of several different ways. One is by talking with you and some of your employees and getting an idea that way, second is by having you and your employees fill out one of our short surveys, and/or lastly we can take an educated guess based on your type of building (such as factory, medical center, etc) and use options we have found successful with that type of crowd in past machines, and from there customize them to fit your wants and needs. We stand true to the philosophy that we are here to customize our machines to YOUR situation so that they suit you-not the other way around.
3. Purchase & malfunction tracking
Now that we have the food items we know you want, we can complete your “product map” which allows us to map out the placement of food and drinks in the best-fitting conveyor slots and upload it into our online system which will be used to track your personal machine. This system will tell us things like what items are getting low, what you buy the most, whether there has been a malfunction with the machine (such as a product not dispensing correctly), and much, much more.
4. machine installation
Once we receive your machine, our team installs the machine in your place of business. This process usually doesn’t require any help from you or any of your employees. We are more than happy to set up an installation time that works around your business schedule. We handle the install because we know you have valuable work that needs to be done and the vending responsibilities is ours from start to finish. During the installation we run through the machine software and mechanics to make sure both are working correctly and then we fill it with all the food and beverage choices that we decided on together.
5. whiteboard suggestions
The second-to-last step to this process is your feedback. Your opinions and food choices help us to shape the way our machine will work for you. We do this by using a white board on the sides of all our machines so that if anyone has anything they would like to see inside, they can simply write it down on the board. This also allows us to stay in contact with everyone to make sure that as things change, so does our machine.
6. Full service with no contracts
Finally, we keep the machine full, clean, and completely operational. We don’t charge for anything we do-we just want to find good quality locations where we can place our machines. We have no contracts and if for some reason our machines don’t work for you, we can have them moved at no charge. We are here to supply you with great food options, even better service and the leading vending equipment available in todays market.
